The company were niche offering all the construction services within their team. This presented the opportunity to capitalise on their position with large companies who wanted a single source provider. DNA worked with the board on integrating services, with Directors collaborating this meant they could tender for larger projects.

    With significant capital investment a start-up mobile digital advertising company was born. The owner had a great idea, but wanted commercial expertise to assist him in taking his product to market. A manufacturer and re-seller of industrial scale pocket filters, the business owner was of retirement age and had no natural successor, so DNA were to look at developing a succession plan with current management, supported by either a new owner, or interim. As Pipe fittings and values distributor to the Oil Gas market worldwide saw an opportunity to diversify and increase revenue. DNA were asked to review the market and potential growth and devise a marketing plan.
